"TNG Lunar New Year $2 Million Value Giveaway!"

  1. This promotion is valid from 15 February 2024 to 22 February 2024, both dates inclusive or such other date(s) as may be determined by TNG (Asia) Limited (“TNG”) at our discretion (“Promotional Period”). During the Promotional Period, Selected Customers (as defined below) shall receive the $40 TNG points as part of the Red Pocket gift.
  2. TNG will send promotional materials to selected customers in relation to this promotion and this promotion shall only be applicable to such customers (“Selected Customers”). There is a limited quota for the promotion. The TNG’s record of the Selected Customers are final and conclusive.
  3. The reward will be credited (without prior notification) to the Selected Customer's TNG account.
  4. The results, date and time of the Promotion will be determined by the records in TNG's computer systems. TNG reserves the sole and absolute right to determine the Eligible Customer's eligibility to receive the reward and make conclusive decisions.
  5. The TNG points cannot be converted into cash or any other form of currency. They can only be used as a Remittance Fee within the TNG platform.
  6. The TNG points are non-transferable and can only be used by the recipient of the Red Pocket gift.
  7. The TNG points cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discounts.
  8. Any remaining balance after deducting the Remittance Fee will be subject to the regular fees and charges associated with the specific transaction.
  9. TNG reserves the right to recover the reward from any reward from the Selected Customer if TNG discovers that he/she does not fulfill the requirements to obtain the Offer or has violated any of these Terms and Conditions.

  11. These Terms and Conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
  12. The earning, redemption or rebate procedure of TNG Points is subject to these Terms and Conditions, and related terms and conditions of TNG Wallet as adopted by TNG from time to time.   13. Other than TNG’s subsidiaries, affiliates, associated companies and any assigns of TNG, no other person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions has any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance, Chapter 623, the Laws of Hong Kong, to enforce and/or benefit of these Terms and Conditions.
  14. TNG reserves the right to vary or terminate the TNG Points programme at any time and to amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time. In case of disputes, the decision of TNG shall be final.
  15. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements in Hong Kong.
  16. If there is any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.

"$9 Cable Charge for Global Remittance to Indonesia and/or Philippines"

  1. The "$9 Cable Charge for Global Remittance to Indonesia and/or Philippines" Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open for TNG VIP+ and SVIP+ members (“Member(s)”, “Eligible Member(s)”).
  2. The Promotion shall commence at 00:00 on 31 October 2023 and end at 23:59 on 30 June 2024 (“the Promotion Period”).
  3. The Promotion is only valid for the Members who have successfully submitted an instruction (“Instruction(s)”) to effect a remittance service transferring up to the designated amount to Indonesia and/or Philippines via the designated page in TNG Wallet App.
  4. The Members shall refer to the information or specification details regarding the remittance service in the relevant page of TNG Wallet App, including but not limited to e.g. the minimum transaction amount, the maximum transaction amount and/or the transaction turnaround time etc.
  5. Each Member shall be entitled to receive the rewards offered in the Promotion (“Reward”) up to one hundred (100) times during each calendar month.
  6. The Reward will be immediately effective, Members shall therefore receive a discount amount of HK$ 20 for the Instruction towards the Indoensia or HK$14 for the Instruction towards the Philippines, when the Members submit the Instruction.
  7. The Reward cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
  8. Members must agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion and accept the decision of TNG.
  9. TNG reserves the right to disqualify any member who violates the Terms and Conditions or is found to be engaging in any fraudulent or illegal activities.
  10. TNG reserves the right to disqualify any member who is found to be in breach of the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion.
  11. The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
  12. TNG reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

"TNG Mastercard Referral Promotion"

  1. The "TNG Mastercard Referral Promotion" (the “Promotion”) is open for current TNG Mastercard holders who are able to refer any TNG Wallet user to activate new TNG Mastercard.
  2. The Promotion shall be commenced from 00:00 on 19 July 2020 and ended at 23:59 on 31 December 2024 (the “Promotion Period”).
  3. An eligible TNG Mastercard holder who successfully refers a new TNG Wallet user to activate TNG Mastercard shall receive HK$20 credit during the Promotion. HK$20 shall be credited to the referrer’s TNG Wallet account upon successful activation of the referee’s TNG Mastercard and TNG’s approval.
  4. An eligible TNG Mastercard holder can receive the credit every time upon a successful referral.
  5. The HK$20 credit is not transferable.
  6. Employees and their immediate family members of TNG and affiliates are not eligible for the Promotion.
  7. TNG reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
  8. In case of any dispute, TNG reserves the absolute right of final decision.

"2% TNG Points rebate on TNG Mastercard spending"

  1. The "2% TNG Points rebate on TNG Mastercard spending" promotion programme (the “2% Promotion”) is open for TNG SVIP+ members who have subscribed, activated and used TNG Mastercard for conducting transaction(s).
  2. The 2% Promotion shall last from 0:00 19 October 2019 to 23:59 31 March 2025 (“the Promotion Period”).
  3. Eligible TNG SVIP+ member must activate the TNG Mastercard and conduct transaction(s) using TNG Mastercard.
  4. The rebate shall be credited to TNG Wallet account, subject to the approval and completion of the transaction by TNG Mastercard.
  5. TNG Points rebate from the 2% Promotion will expire on the last calendar day of the succeeding month.
  6. TNG reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the 2% Promotion without prior notice.
  7. In case of any dispute, TNG reserves the absolute right of final decision.

Announces Strategic Exit from Stored Value Facilities ("SVF") business

We would like to announce to our users that we have decided to exit the SVF business due to our consideration for strategic corporate restructuring and realignment. The decision to exit the SVF business was made after a thorough review and deliberation of the company’s portfolio and business strategies. We are working on a non-SVF business for a total transformation of our business to carry our motto of “Make Your Life Easier”. Do take note of our future announcement. 

Customer Protection

TNG Wallet remains committed to supporting its users, merchants, and service partners  during this transition. We have made sufficient provision for financial and administrative resources to meet the float redemption and relevant administrative processes to ensure that all obligations to users, merchants and service partners are met and that users are provided with the necessary guidance and support. 

The existing independent 3rd Party, Custodian agency, (“Tricor Trust (Hong Kong) Limited”) will continue to act as Custodian throughout the redemption process. TNG will commence the exit process today (25 October, at 4:30pm) and all of the services will be terminated by 9 December 2024. From 4:30pm on 25 October 2024 to 6:00pm on 9 December 2024, all TNG users will be able to withdraw your money in TNG Wallet in various ways (see below service list for more info). 

You are encouraged to withdraw the remaining balance via local merchant payment, FPS/ Bank Transfer, P2P Transfer, and MasterCard Purchase on or before 9 December 2024 6:00pm. All relevant service charges will be waived during the period of 25 October 2024 and 9 December 2024. After the termination of TNG services on 9 December 2024, TNG Wallet App will be retired and the management fees will be applied.
