Who can apply for the SVIP+ membership?

You are eligible to activate your SVIP+ membership if the below conditions are fulfilled:

(1) you are 18 years old or above*; and

(2) you are holding a valid Hong Kong identity card; (we accept both permanent and non-permanent resident ID cards).

In the TNG Wallet App, you will find instructions to fill in the information. After submission, your account will normally be ready in a few minutes.

* For applicant below 18 years old, additional documents such as birth certificate, letter showing the guardianship, letter of authorisation, etc shall be required and eID is not applicable for such SVIP+ application or upgrade.
